Sher Mayne's 12 Days Exercise Plan

Sher Mayne's 12 Days Exercise Plan starting on the 11th of December. It's a must-do so I can be satisfied with myself for the year 2005. Rain or shine, I must do it!!!

Wake up 8 am (If have to go shopping, wake up an hour earlier) - Breakfast

9am
  • Warm up jog down the beach via Macz reserve. Rest for 5 mins.
  • Jog from one end to the other end of the beach and back. Rest for 3 mins and repeat 3 more sets.
  • Rest for 5 mins. Walk to the stairs.
  • Run 1/3 of stairs, walk back down. Run 2/3 of stairs, walk back down. Run all the way up, walk back down. Rest 3 mins. Repeat.
  • Walk to the beach and walk from middle to left end and then to right end and then back to the middle and walk back home via stairs.

Anyone else up for it?? Be my jogging buddy (more like, let's die together!!!).

Right now, I think I will take at least 2 hrs to complete this. Will blog on Sunday after I've gone through one day of it.

11.30- Get home, shower, then work or go shopping or whatever.

At night, do the ball exercise for 30 minutes.

If I manage this for 12 days, I'll be so proud of myself and I won't feel guilty when I pig out in Malaysia. Wish me luck!!!
