dad woke me up at 7.30 this morning to swim.. man i was still so sleepy... body says don't go but mind says must go.. so had to wake up in the end..... didn't do 800m today... didn't do any sprints.. just swam 400m free, 400m free pulling, 400m back pulling and 200m fly pulling.... then swam like 200m easy..haha! then 4 x 100m back.... then 4 x 100 free.. but no timing.... just swim only.. lolx! some fast some slow.... came home.. slept then woke up at like 1 smth... watched the last part of cinderella man, then pride and prejudice then intolerable cruelty... heeeheeeheee.... movie day for me today.. lolx! at night, went training.. waahahahaha.... first was dry land.. man i abs really hurt!! it's been hurting god knows when!!!! arghh!!!!! so when do push up also hurt.... man! dry land was tiring.. then later swam... yaYYYY!! i can actually make the time intervals!!! wahahahahaa!! but the last programme... 50m sprint.. i hv no more energy to sprint.. lolx!!! so tiring......
here's my plan the next few days.... writing it down so i can refer to it if i forget.. haha! and also if any of u wna go out, u kno what day to ask me out.. (as if anyone wld ask me out)
12/1 thursday- jog in morning. rachel coming at 6 smth. go club do gym. hopefully can get a ride from matt. then go mamak after their training.
13/1 fri- go to smdj coz rach wna meet up with her friends. then go to ou at 1.30 to meet up with annabelle and rach gna meet up with her friends. dinner at night with my parents and her parents.
14/1 sat- go to pyramid in the morning with rach. must leave pyramid by 5. rach go back at night. 4th auntie coming back from oz!!! arriving 8.45 i think.
15/1 sun- gym in morning. MIGHT train at night but doubt it coz sure will hv dinner with parents and 4th auntie.
16/1 mon- meant to meet up with alison but not confirmed. ask me out still!!
17/1 tues- meet caris at kelana lrt 10.30. go pyramid. might go training at night.
18/1 wed- no plans!! ask me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! might go training at night.
19/1 thurs- dad's bday... so won't go training altho next day is sag i think.
20/1 friday till 22/1 sunday- SAG.... if u really hv nothing to do, go to pade and watch me drown and humiliate myself.
23rd onwards............. too far to plan anything....
