Student visa - Sorted
Luggage - half packed
Gym work - Over
Heart- heavy
I had an amazing January and an awesome awesome February.
January was the month where my brother came back after 7 months being away. It was the month where my other half returned, it was the month of CNY, it was the month where I worked a lot. It was the month where I was taken on a ferry to no man's land by him and spent a wonderful day there for our 5 months. It was a month where I was procrastinating.
February was an eventful month. Every weekend there was always something on. The month of February for the past few years have never failed to amaze me.
2008- Pinnacles walk
2007- Cameron highlands expedition
2006- Climbed up Mt. K
and this 2009- Fishing trip to coromandel. Went on a mussel barge and caught many tiny fishes and 3 edible snappers.
Kiddy birthday brought lots of stress and worry to plan it but it turned out great. Phone drowned in the sea water on that very day after getting sabo-ed. Worked on my actual birthday but I got away with not needing to make any phone calls. Dinner with family and family friends was yummy and I was pampered.
Valentine's day was rainy and so no fishing and it was just lots of lazing around and sleeping and then lots of drinking at night by others but not me :p I received the sweetest card two days after Valentine's. My very first Valentine's card and my very first time celebrating Valentine's day with the one. The best gift ever as lots of effort and thought was put into it.
And because I won't be here for our 6 months.... 10 days before the 6 months.... running 20km in the morning and a day trip to Hunua Falls in the afternoon. And at night, it was to Audrey's place to exchange photos and to recap on all the crazy, best moments we had at Coromandel.
I am leaving this Sunday. I am glad student visa is all done already. I haven't got my student loan stuff sorted so I'll ring them up tomorrow to enquire. But that's no biggie. I think that's not too urgent. Still have some unsorted business to do. Rushing on it but I hope it will turn out all good and I can finish it in time.
This is just a brief post on what I've been up to. I will blog more about my birthday soon and Coromandel fishing!!!!! Maybe when I'm dead bored in aussie land.
