Gym on Thursday, gym on Friday...
Never in my life have my biceps hurt like it's hurting now! Seriously, it hurts so much that every single time I straighten my elbow, it hurts!! It's a lot of pain just to fully straighten it.
What did I do to make it hurt like that?
6 minutes biceps curl followed by 10 minutes biceps curl after the other exercises. The weight on each hand is only 1.25kgs. Still a killer I tell you, a killer!!! I just realized I've become so weak.
Now I really need a massage. Not butt massage this time tho.... arm massage...anyone? guess it's not that tempting anymore, ay?
I'm still bored, I'm still bored. I have no life. Lalalalalalala.... I haven't gone shopping yet. I really cannot tahan anymore, maybe tomorrow I'll go.
